1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dream Recharge mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Dream Recharge ("we," "us," "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use the App.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You will provide accurate information and use the App for lawful purposes only.

3 Description of Services

Dream Recharge is a digital utility platform that offers:

Mobile Recharge (Prepaid)

Prepaid mobile recharge for major Indian telecom operators — Jio, Airtel, Vi, BSNL.

DTH Recharge

Recharges for Airtel DTH, Dish TV, Sun Direct, Tata Play, Videocon d2h.

Digital Wallet

A secure in-app wallet — add funds via UPI, net-banking, or debit / credit card.

Paid Verification Services

• RC Verification — vehicle registration lookup.
• Bank Account Finder — bank accounts linked to a mobile number.
• UPI Finder — UPI IDs linked to a mobile number.

Each verification carries a fixed charge displayed inside the App.

Cashback & Referral Program

Cashback on eligible recharges based on operator-specific slabs, plus a referral program.

Support Chat

An in-app live support chat — the only support channel for Dream Recharge.

4 User Registration & MPIN

• OTP Verification: A one-time password is sent to your mobile via SMS.
• MPIN Setup: You must set a 4-digit MPIN to authorize transactions.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MPIN.

5 Wallet & Payments

Adding Money

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Net Banking
• Debit / Credit Cards

All payments are processed through a certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Dream Recharge does not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking password.

Wallet Balance

• Wallet balances are non-transferable to other users.
• Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account.

6 Mobile & DTH Recharge Services

When you initiate a recharge, the App routes your request through an authorized recharge API provider and the respective operator. Recharges are typically processed instantly but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.

• Success: Operator confirms completion.
• Failed: Auto-refund to wallet.
• Processing: Operator hasn't confirmed yet.

7 Paid Verification Services

RC Verification, Bank Account Finder, and UPI Finder are paid information-retrieval services. By using them you agree:

• The displayed charge will be deducted from your wallet before lookup.
• Data is sourced from a third-party data provider on an "as-is" basis.
• If the upstream provider returns an error, the charge is automatically refunded.
• You will use returned data only for lawful personal purposes.

8 Cashback & Referral Program

Cashback

• Calculated based on operator-specific slab rules.
• Credited after the corresponding recharge is confirmed successful.
• Reversed if the recharge later fails.

Referral Program

• Each user receives a unique referral code.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim referral rewards is prohibited.

9 Refund Policy

See our dedicated Refund Policy. Key points:

• Failed recharges: Automatic refund to wallet.
• Failed verification lookups: Automatic refund.
• Successful recharges or lookups: Non-refundable.
• Refund method: Wallet only — never cash, bank, card, or UPI.

10 User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Provide accurate inputs.
• Lawful Use: Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Single Account: One account per user.
• Secure Device: Keep your phone and MPIN secure.

11 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code.
• Use bots or scripts.
• Bypass rate limits or security controls.
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Abuse referral or cashback programs through fake accounts.
• Use lookup data to harass, stalk, defraud, or harm any person.

12 Intellectual Property

All content inside the Dream Recharge App is the exclusive intellectual property of Dream Recharge and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

13 Limitation of Liability

• Operator Issues: Not our responsibility.
• Upstream Data Accuracy: Verification results depend on third-party providers.
• Network & Gateway Issues: Not our responsibility.
• Indirect Damages: Not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount charged by us for the specific transaction in question.

14 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our services.

You may also voluntarily delete your account — see the Privacy Policy.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting inside the App.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
