1 Overview

Dream Recharge provides mobile recharge, DTH recharge, digital wallet, and paid verification services to users across India. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are issued.

2 Automatic Refund for Failed Recharges

If a mobile or DTH recharge fails after the amount has been deducted from your Dream Recharge wallet, the full amount is automatically credited back to your wallet.

  • Operator Rejection: Telecom or DTH operator declines.
  • Network Issues: Connectivity between our systems and the operator.
  • Transaction Timeout: Operator does not respond within the expected window.
  • System Errors: Technical errors during processing.

Failed recharges are detected automatically. The refund is credited instantly — no action required from your side.

3 Processing / Pending Recharges

If a recharge stays in "Processing" status for more than 24 hours, please contact us via the in-app live chat support.

4 Verification Service Refunds

  • Successful Lookup: Charge is non-refundable, even if the result is not useful.
  • Failed Lookup: Full charge is automatically refunded to your wallet.
  • No Data Found: Treated as a successful lookup and is non-refundable.

Double-check inputs before submitting a verification request. "No data found" results are non-refundable.

5 Wallet Add Money Refund

If money is deducted from your bank account but not credited to your Dream Recharge wallet, the amount is automatically reconciled within 24 to 48 hours.

If not credited within 48 hours, contact us via in-app live chat with your transaction ID.

6 Cashback Reversal on Failed Recharge

Cashback is credited only after a recharge is successful. If a recharge later fails, the cashback is reversed together with the refund of the original amount.

7 Non-Refundable Transactions

  • Successful Recharges: Cannot be reversed once the operator confirms.
  • Wrong Number / Operator: User's responsibility.
  • Wrong Plan Selection: User's responsibility.
  • Successful Verification Lookups: Including "no data found".

8 Refund Method

All refunds are credited exclusively to your Dream Recharge wallet. We do NOT issue refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, cards, or cash.

10 How to Request a Refund

For automatic refunds (failed recharges / verifications / top-ups) — no action is required.

For manual refund requests, contact us via the in-app Help & Support live chat with: registered mobile number, transaction ID, date, amount, and brief description of the issue.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, raise the dispute via in-app live chat. We investigate and resolve within 7 business days.
